Do you have a way of proving, I mean really PROVING that you are a real estate expert?   
How would you like to occupy a "special category" in the minds of your clients?  The special category of REAL ESTATE EXPERT.  We all know that you are one-but how do you prove it?  By keeping in touch by email?  By sending postcards with recipes?  By asking for referrals?
 While traditional marketing is okay...it proves NOTHING!

 Remember when you first got into the business?  You needed to work with every type of buyer, every type of property, every type of financing option-just to make ends meet?

How to Explain the First-Time Home Buyer Payment Buster Concept!
 The ads read something like this:  "$8000 Tax Credit for First Time Home Buyers" or "First Time Home uyers: Get $8000 For Buying a Home Before April 30, 2010". 
 Same old, same old! 
Do you think it would make a difference if you marketed the tax credit like landlords advertise apartment rentals? 
 Here's what I'm talkin' about!
 I'm sure you've seen the signs:  "Free Rent for 3 Months".
