This post is directed at folks who are in financial distress - in general - and is particularly directed as folks who are in mortgage distress. I just got done watching a great YouTube video featuring Suze Orman. The video is from 2007 but is absolutely relevant to today. In the video, Suze was speaking with a Realtor from southern California who was in financial and mortgage distress due to the market downturn that has impacted all Realtors in one way, shape, form, or another. Friends, a few days ago I did a post about getting some free training on doing short sales. I had just watched the first video in a four video short sales training series done by Mark Stafford and was impressed. I actually don't even remember how I happened upon the video at this point - to be honest. The training is nothing slick or fancy but is full of meat and potatoes.
