The quaint community of Walden Pond has been around as early as 1993. The MLS says there are 62 homes in this community, that have sold over the years, but I swear when I look at the map I see over 80! The average sales in the last six months is:Sq Ft.: 4854Bed: 4Bath: 3List Price: $847,833Sales Price: $834,166Days on Market: 57 Homes have sold as high as $1,125,000 in 2003. And as low as $273,500 back in 1998. Well there's alot more to this hidden treasure in Marvin (technically Union County because they have not Voluntarily annexed into the Village of Marvin!), then these numbers … (0 comments)
