Trader Joe's Opens In Sarasota, FL.  As of 8:00AM on Friday, September 7, 2012 it became official.  Sarasota has joined the elite group of cities that feature a Trader Joe's!  The internationally famous and highly popular neighborhood grocery store has an avid following, and the crowds that have descended upon the store since its opening testify to that.
The 11,200 square foot neighborhood grocery store located at 4101 South Tamiami Trail is very eco-friendly.  Many of their featured items are organic, cage-free and sustainable.
