According to U.S. News & World Report's 100 Best Places to Live in the USA, the Sarasota Area ranked number 21 and came in as the top place to live in the State of  Florida.  That is no surprise to those of us who live here in this Gulf Coast semi-tropical paradise.  
 
"Warm temperatures year-round, award-winning beaches and a thriving arts and cultural scene have made Sarasota a go-to place for retirees and families, not to mention a handful of celebrities," the report says.
