number of homes sold: Marin County, CA Home Sales Chart: 2001 - present - 05/13/09 03:26 AM
Normally I do a detailed market report each month, but this month I simply do not have the time.  I am, however, able to share the updated sales charts as shown below.
As you will see, the average sales price in Marin County took a little dip in April compared to March, as the low end of the market continues to thrive.  Volume is up, again due to the low end of the market, as buyers are coming out to snap up deals on distress sales.  Perhaps you can too!

number of homes sold: Sonoma, CA Home Sales Chart: 2001 - present - 05/13/09 03:17 AM
Normally I do a detailed market report each month, but this month I just don't have the time.  However, I am able to share the updated sales chart.
As you will see in the chart below the average sales price and the number of homes sold is up slightly in the wine country town of Sonoma.  As President Obama has said, there are some glimmers of hope.

As you will see in the chart below things seem to be picking up a little in Marvelous Marin County.  With excellent schools, weather, air and water quality and very little crime -- not to mention close proximity to bigger cities with airports like San Francisco and Oakland, and smaller cities like Sonoma, Petaluma, St. Helena and Calistoga.  Marin has so much to offer.  Let's hope this is a continuing upward trend for everyone.
