The chart below shows the average sales price and number of homes sold for the past twelve years in the beautiful wine country town of Sonoma.  As you see, both the average selling price and number of homes selling are down from recent years--with the just the slightest increase in volume in 2008, over 2007 and 2006.  The distress sales are moving!
