I am so excited to see what 2018 brings for Kelli Grant Group!  For the second year we've been with Berkshire, we made Gold Chairman's Circle.  Melissa and I worked extremely hard at serving our clients and their real estate needs, and we are so appreciative for the opportunity to work with the best clients!

Phoenix, Arizona Real Estate Market Activity Report  2/17/2012
According to the Arizona Regional MLS, lockbox activity showed a gain of10.6% this week from the report posted on 2/10/2012.  There were 36,232 opens.  ARMLS took all the showings and broke it down by zip code and calculated the hot and cold spots across the valley.
