This list is current as of 9/11/2007. As you will see there are 22 homes listed with either "Lease Puchase" or "Rent w/Option to Buy. It is my professional opinion that we will continue to see more HomeSellers, FSBOs, Real Estate Agents, and REALTORS use these two methods of financing to promote the sale of their inventory. The downside is that many are not properly educated with regard to filling out the paperwork.
