And would it kill you to participate? I hate to complain..... but I will. As the listing agent on a short sale transaction where all the problems are on the buyer's side - and let's face it, it's not the buyer's fault - it would be nice if the selling agent - ahem - would at least PRETEND to care, PRETEND to participate, PRETEND to actually earn the commission for the work I've had to do to cover for him.
