Walton County Trend Report shows that we are way up in sales in this county. Walton County is located in the Panhandle of Florida beginnning at the Alabama Line down to the Gulf of Mexico. New Home sales were up 15 % in the month of May over last year and for the year to date figure new home sales are up a whopping 28% over 2012 figures. Seaside, FL has an awesome turnout for its 10th annual Seaside Half Marathon this past weekend. Although I do not participate, I do have a bird's eye view of the racers from my 4th story condo. My dog Dolly who viewed the race for the first time in her life loved it too.

This view could be your view if you lived in Blue Mountain Beach. Blue Mountain Beach is located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. On this same road there are homes built in 1950 out of cinderblock that have withstood the tests of time and then there are brand new homes built out of ICF or Insulated Concrete Foam. Spring Break brought a ton of visitors to the area. Spring Break weekend of March 19th was 100% occupancy at the beach. The clubs and restaurants, the grocery stores and WalMart were all over capacity with people and running low on supplies. Traffic was nearly at a stand still on Front Beach Rd. as I tried to show Gulf Front Condos. I went about 3 miles in 1 hour and was entertained along the way. Why so busy? Okay, today while viewing a condo at a very nice complex, there in the Master Bedroom on the dresser was this most beautiful shell. It makes a perfect shell phone and such an upgrade from my earlier model. I hope you like it as much as I did.
