After 3 days of being with 3 different sets of buyers this past weekend, I can only tell you that I am learning the market so well.  The more you know the inventory the better.  I worked with a house buyer on Friday, a condo buyer on Saturday, and another home buyer on Sunday.  Nothing on paper yet, but they will.  They each had to go back home think about the options, talk with their lenders (which are closed today) and then move ahead from there.  The market is definately showing good signs of picking up.  Occupancy rates in the area were … (10 comments)
