One way to decipher a market is to analyze it. I love to do this in all categories. I am a bit of a real estate nerd and love to watch the numbers so I understand what is going on. In my Investment Market, Condos under the $175,000 price range the numbers came as below:

Today I am featuring the Emerald Hill Townhomes located at 3722 East Hwy 30A, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459 This complex has 3 floors offering 36 total units. There are 7 Studio Units, 8 one bedroom units, 11 two bedroom units and 10 3 bedroom units. Unit numbers 1-16 are Gulf Front. There are private garages and an open parking lot as well. They own 100 Feet of Dedicated Beach. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach near shopping, bicycle rentals, and restauranta. It has an outdoor pool area, BBQ grills, and washer and dryers.
