multi: Investor Units in Panama City Beach, FL

I work with a lot of investors who love to buy multi-units or attached type styled properties. This morning I was curious as to what was going on with all of the inventory in Panama City Beach, FL concerning this type of property. I found out that the favorite price point of under $100,000 is shrinking quickly. There are currently only 17 listings in this category. There have been 6 sales in the last month.
