Walton County Trend Report shows that we are way up in sales in this county. Walton County is located in the Panhandle of Florida beginnning at the Alabama Line down to the Gulf of Mexico. New Home sales were up 15 % in the month of May over last year and for the year to date figure new home sales are up a whopping 28% over 2012 figures.
