You want me to meet you at a vacant home with a lockbox on it in a bad part of town and I don't know who you are and you at first tell me you are a cash buyer. So I ask to see Proof of Cash Funds in the way of a letter on your bank's letterhead or financial advisor's letterhead. Oh you can't do that?
