colorado mountain cabin: A Home Inspection Tidbit

First let me remind you that I am a Real Estate Broker not a Home Inspector -- big difference. This week I had a little bit of a different twist on a mountain cabin in Colorado that buyers have under contract.
We discovered that the electricity was turned off which brought up the need to bring an electrician out to review the electrical in the cabin.
