Not only does the low cost mobility benefit the small business owners, but continuously brings new culture and flavor to town. Colorado Springs now has its very own consistent fleet of gourmet fast food trucks, with the occasional visitor rolling in to offer a meal or two. A great new restaurant opened today in Colorado Springs and represents much more than just "another place to eat". Seeds vision includes changing lives, impacting hunger and building and expanding community. To kick off the grand opening the menu was certainly worthy of a stop by.

Carlos’ Bistro in Colorado Springs is one of those amazing places no one wants to share or talk about for fear of never getting a table at again or having to wait two hours for.
