I like to find trends in real estate. The past six months clients looking for a house with detached living quarters for in-laws, nanny, or multi-generational family living has increased. With many family's having more family members live together and grandparents raising grandchildren I thought this could be helpful to write about.
In the Pikes Peak Region MLS we currently have 25 active listings with some type of detached living quarters offering at least a bedroom or more. They range in price from $145,000 to $8,745,000.
