This weekend Chile Lovers in Colorado may very well be flocking to Pueblo for the 19th annual Chile & Frijolie Festival. For Chile Pepper lovers the date on the calendar is marked well in advance for the opportunity to not only sample different types of chilies but also get roasted bags of peppers to bring home.
In 2012, there were over 130,000 attendees to the festival and more seem to come every year. The weekend is full of music, food, entertainment and fun. If you did not know until now no worries, the Festival runs Friday - Sunday up … (3 comments)
