Over the past couple of years as the Colorado Springs market has gone through a very tight inventory market we have learned what is important and can make or break a deal or an opportunity. Some of the take aways for me include: 1. Am I communicating well with other agents? We know timely feedback is important and sometimes it is easy but other times the clients we are working with are in a state of flux and feedback cannot be given until we are clear what that feedback should be. Maybe give feedback twice. As much as possible at the time
