Somehow folks with a home for sale in Kansas City need to find a reasonable middle area to be able to sell their homes. One of my showings for today of a home for sale in Olathe was declined. Why? The carpet cleaners are coming. The house has been on the market for less than a week. If the carpet needed to be cleaned so badly, why not do that BEFORE putting your house on the market?
