 I was talking with some agents the other day and one of the agents said they had a buyer request that the seller have the home re-insulated because the home inspector mentioned it was not sufficient. The seller reacted like it has been great since we have lived here. Is insulation a material concern? Is it a personal preference or a deal killer?  If you were buying a home and the home inspection suggested it be re-insulated would you ask the seller to do it or would you want to have it done after you bought the home?

  I have seen to many agents give up on deals that have an opportunity to have a successful close of escrow. Just as buyers and sellers get fustrated so do agents. I suggest that if you are in a transaction you must remember why you are there. Weather you represent the buyer or seller you have to remember that they hired you to help them through the finding, negotiation and completion of the closing.  Sure there are almost always going to be bumps in the road.
