Good morning!! I woke this morning looking for part time work… Looking for something to keep me busy during the days of winter when the days are short and the weather is cold… Looking for something to fill these days which are less busy with real estate activity than I need or want to admit... Although I have been selling real estate for over 14 years, the truth of the matter is that a career in real estate sales can be very challenging… There are no guarantees. No retirement plan. No health insurance. No benefits. And no salary… My days are spent prospecting for new business. … (8 comments)
