Good morning! At the beginning of this year, I realized my life was no longer going in the direction I had hoped. I knew that if I wanted to be in a better place, I would need to change… Therefore, I made a conscious decision to be more purposeful in several areas of my life; business, relationships, health, fitness, and spirituality… To accomplish this, I would have to change my habits.
