One of the ways I use my blog here on Active Rain is as a tool for accountability. I find myself coming up with many "great" ideas. I then write a post about them... I follow them up with action. That being said, I have never been big on making sales goals. I feel selling homes is a byproduct of what I do for a living... Taking care of my customers. Spreading the brand. I do have some production goals for 2010, however... I thought I would share them with you: Primary Goal: $100,000 in gross commission. $100K commission would be a personal record.
