Good morning!
A few years back, with the help of some great books I was reading, I realized that the most important part of my day was the first hour or two of every morning. What I accomplished during that time set the tone for the rest of my day...
So I developed a morning routine. Nothing difficult. Just a series of little steps that when completed, insured my day was off to a good start and was going down the right path, even if I didn’t know where that path led…

Good morning!  
Several years ago, I was going through a challenging time, so my Dad took me out to breakfast. At the time I was going through my divorce, had money and housing issues, and missed my girls tremendously. I asked him what to do? He said, with surprising simplicity and wisdom, "Just keep moving forward..."  
I have put that wisdom to work several times over the years when the road was challenging, and it always works out and I find myself in a better place. With that in mind, today's "Note from the Universe":

Good morning!
At the beginning of this year, I realized my life was no longer going in the direction I had hoped. I knew that if I wanted to be in a better place, I would need to change…
Therefore, I made a conscious decision to be more purposeful in several areas of my life; business, relationships, health, fitness, and spirituality… 
To accomplish this, I would have to change my habits. I would have to change the people I was spending the most time with. And I would have to change what I was putting into my mind and my body…
