The results were just released for the 2017 S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices. According to the report, Charlotte ranked 12th in the nation for home price growth in 2017, with an average price increase of 6.4% just behind LA which had 6.5% increase and just ahead of Phoenix which had 6%. The highest growth in the Nation was Seattle that saw the highest growth with a 12.7% increase last year, and Las Vegas came in second at 10.2%. Don't "over decorate" for the Holidays (ie: Halloween and Thanksgiving). Instead add subtle touches of Fall. For example, changing out flowers in a vase or changing your wreath on your front door to a more Autumn one vs. just regular flowers.
