Milestones: a significant event or stage in the life, progress, development, or the like of a person, nation, etc. by definition. Today as a team we learned we have hit our own milestone, selling 1,000 homes since 2005!! The significance of milestones comes in reflection: how we got here, who was part of it, what we know now that we learned over time, and what it felt like.
