Pumpkin Roll
3 Eggs (beat for 5 minutes) 1 Cup Sugar 2/3 Cup Pumpkin 3/4 Cup Flour 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
Mix together above ingredients and pour into a "Jelly Roll Pan" and sprinkle witih chopped walnuts (optional).
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Remove from oven and turn onto lightly floured towels. Roll up until cool.

When showing your home to prospective buyers, you want them to be able to picture themselves living in your home. So you sould "de-personalize" your home by removing family pictures, drawings that the kids may have done, just basically anything that is personal and that includes your pet and their items. Definitely remove the actual pet when having a showing and/or open house and put away their bowls, beds and toys, etc. It's hard to believe, but not everyone is an animal lover for various reasons like alergies, fear, etc... so my eliminating obvious things visually it can improve your chances … (2 comments)
DOUGH: 1/2 Cup Butter (softened) 1/2 Cup Shortening 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 2 Eggs 2 3/4 Cups Flour 2 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
TOPPING: 2 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Combine all dry ingredients. Mix together butter, shortening and eggs. Stir the 2 mixtures together. Roll about 1 Teaspoon of dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon/sugar topping mixture. Fall is a GREAT time to sell your home! It's a "Cozy" time of year that will make your home feel even more inviting with a few of these helpful tips.
Don't "over decorate" for the Holidays (ie: Halloween and Thanksgiving). Instead add subtle touches of Fall. For example, changing out flowers in a vase or changing your wreath on your front door to a more Autumn one vs. just regular flowers.
