Since I started Crawford Luxury Realty, I'm constantly being asked by people to find them a "steal" of a luxury home. While they're out there, it's not common to find a luxury seller that's distressed. Even in a slightly soft market (San Antonio has not experienced near the problems that others have), most luxury homeowners are insulated from a temporary economy downturn. Naturally, nobody likes a slow market, but most of these owners aren't affected enough to give away the farm.
