We shared a story a few weeks ago called Searching For Intelligent Life At OneWest Bank. Well, it turns out that we couldn't find any intelligent life at OneWest bank. OneWest Bank wouldn't submit a second BPO dispute. They reduced the BPO from $75k to $70 and that was the best they could do. So, a few weeks before the foreclosure sale date, we went to Fannie Mae.
