There seems to be a hot button topic out there called MARS. I know that we talked about this last week, but we wanted to share some more specifics about MARS. We are not licensed attorneys, CPA's, Board of Realtor's etc. There is a lot of fear about upfront fees. Most agents don't and shouldn't charge an upfront fee. However, if you are an expert and not just somebody who has a designation there is a certain value in working with you. If you have proven results, you should charge an upfront fee.
