microphones: Can you hear me?? I need a mic for video presentations

I recently bought a Sony HandyCam that I intent to use for video presentations of listings, etc. I need a good wireless mic. I just checked online to find out that they are running around $250.00! That's almost as much as the camera! I know most of you ar way ahead of me, and have been recording video presentations for years now, while I have only sat back and thought about it!
