Just listed, but not by me, 307 Elizabeth Street which was built circa 1885 according to a property appraiser record I found. The mls shows the property as having been built in 1928, however. If I am correct, and I am pretty sure that it the case, 307 Elizabeth Street would be one of the older houses of Key West. It is located in the Historic Key West Seaport area on a street with other substantial homes that survived the great fire many years ago. Just listed, but not by me, 1018 James Street in Old Town Key West. I wrote about this house in January 2011. It did not sell then, but I'm pretty confident the recent renovation of the house next door at 1016 James Street will help wannabe fixer-uppers that 1018 James Street is a project worthy property. The Monroe County Property Appraiser says that 1018 James Street was built in 1900, see photo below which was taken in 1965.

Photo circa 1890 from Monroe County Library showing horse drawn trolley on Division Street (now Truman Avenue) at the corner of Francis Street a couple of blocks east of 912 Truman.
I dug around in the famous old shoebox and found a photo of 912 Truman Avenue taken back in 1965. If you study the old black and white pic you will see an almost ancient chain link fence that surrounds the corner lot. Just Listed 412 Grinnell Street in Key West. I fell in love with this house the first time I stepped inside nearly two decades ago. I believe this was the first eyebrow house I got to see from the inside. The house was deliciously enchanting.
