This morning on Inman was a book review Robert Bruss about a new book called "Untapped Riches" by Susan and Anthony Cutaia, which promotes the use of interest only and negative amortization loans (along with some savings strategies) to pave the road to riches. No matter how you feel about such "exotic loans," it sounds like an intriguing book and I know I will go out and buy it. And I know I will have something to say about it at some point. So, that got me to thinking... Lots of us read lots of books on real estate, business, self-motivation, etc. Wouldn't it be … (0 comments)
