Game Day Salsa
I don't know where this recipe came from. It could have been off a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes but I can tell you it's good. I fix this salsa for super bowl every year and it disapears quickly!
RO-TEL SALSA
Ingredients
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chili’s, drained1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced1 large ripe tomato, chopped1 tsp. saltJuice of 1 1/2 fresh limes
Combine all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.  Serve on tacos or use as a nacho chip dip.  Makes about 2 cups of salsa

2 cans baby clams, undrained
1/2 teaspoon butter
4 slices hickory-smoked bacon, chopped into small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
4 cups half and half
1/4 teaspoon cyan pepper
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
 
How to Make It:
Drain clams and set aside, reserving the juice.

Game Day - Guacamole
Ingredients:
4 Avocados (Ripe a Little Soft)
1 Package Lawry’s Guacamole Mix (or other quality mix)
1 Plum Tomato Seeded and Diced
1 Small Onion Diced
1 or 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Jalapeno Finely Diced (Optional)
Adobo Seasoning to Taste
How to Make:
Spoon out avocados so there are some chunks don't liquefy. Add Tomato, Onion, Garlic and Jalapeno. Stir in Lawry's Guacamole mix and Adobo. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy with a main dish or with your favorite chips.

I asked one of the owners of the deli what seasonings were in the dish said she said salt, the entire flavor comes from the ingredients. I tried this recipe last week and WOW quick easy and good flavor, the asiago cheese really pulls this together. I don't find to many recipes like this for two. This is even great for week nights. I am happy with this find and will be looking for more!
