Edmond, OK  Yesterday, I hosted an Open House in Edmond's Thomas Trails.  I was happy to have the opportunity to meet several home buyers as they began their search for a new home.  Unfortunately, for many Thomas Trails just did not meet their needs.  The homes in Thomas Trails were three bedroom homes with about 1875 square feet.  The folks I met were looking for at least 2000 square feet and four bedrooms.  They would prefer to have new construction, in Edmond or Deer Creek with a budget that should not exceed $250,000.There are several neighborhoods in Edmond and Deer Creek … (2 comments)
