montgomery county: Tighter Reins for Future Montgomery County Homebuyers - 09/26/13 04:24 AM
If you are planning to purchase a home in the MoCo area, there are some new rules in the lending game you’ll need to know about. In an attempt to avoid a repeat of 2008’s housing bust, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is tightening the reins on mortgage lending requirements. The new stipulations will require that … (0 comments)

montgomery county: Getting Approved for Poor Credit Mortgages in Montgomery County - 09/05/13 08:43 PM
The first thing to note is that this is not a guide on how to take on a loan irresponsibly. Having poor credit indicates financial issues, and it’s highly important to evaluate whether you are ready for the responsibility of a mortgage before you follow the advice listed here.
With that said, having a less-than-stellar credit score does not automatically mean you are financially irresponsible. Many people with low credit scores are working their way into a better place, or may have suffered a setback.
If you have a credit score that is less than 680, you’ll definitely … (0 comments)

While you can sell or buy on your own, it usually isn’t the best choice.
You might still be asking, “Why, exactly, do I need a real estate agent?” Well there are several reason why finding a good, hard working agent can make a world of difference.
