Great news for all buyers who are interested in getting a USDA home loan - We received word this week that the long awaited boundary adjustments have been put on hold again. As of right now, it sounds like the current boundaries will remain in place until at least September of 2014. This is positive for both buyers and sellers, so please help spread the word.
