Here are staticial facts from Realist.com, a site that tracks market data from Title records. I find that doing just a little research on our area, could he be misleading consumers? Michael Youngblood's forecast of the Housing Market. Interesting enough, he talks about California as his hook to get readers to read, but backs it up with Trulia.com stats of Riverside , Sacramento,and San Diego, Stockon, and Central California cities. What happen to the Los Angeles, Orange County cities? they are showing signs of movement of homes to new ownership. GREAT Media News If you don't already have one, go out and get a copy of the Orange County Register today (06/02/2008). Go to the Marketplace section on page 11. GREAT article on the demand for Orange County homes now being above the 2006 demand. The article also states the "market time" or time it would take to sell all the homes for sale is now at 5.6 months. One year ago this figure was 8.8 months.
