austin real estate: Austin Real Estate growing up

Austin real estate estate has been experiencing a growth increase. With more people moving into Austin the real estate has been steadly increasing. The question we have had is whether we should grow up with more and more condos downtown as can be seen here Austin Condos or grow out with more single family homes. The benefit of growing up is that with concentrated growth you can spend less on city services per person. Also with concentrated growth people spend less time in the car leading to lower pollution.
