Doggies In The Window, I mean fence. We finished showing properties and instead of parking in our office garage. We parked in the neighforhood. These cute doggies greeted us as we pulled up. Their tails were wagging and they kept moving their heads around to see us. They were so cute and playful. It just made our afternoon. Wordless Wednesday.
Overall, there were 6 single family homes that sold and 20 condominiums that sold. Last year, only 2 homes sold and 19 condos sold during the same time frame. That is a 200% increase in single family home sales compared to last year!

It just opened where the Tennis String shop used to be on Wilshire & Berkley. It's called, "The Barbershop", the barber is Miguel Lira. In talking with him I found out that he has been a professional barber on the westside for over 34 years! This picture is from a recent trip to Victoria B.C. It's from the dock at the Butchart Gardens. The property was once used as a private residence. At the back of the property is this dock. It's serene, simple and picturesque. If you haven't been I would highly recommend going. There are 55 acres to romance your senses. Summertime is best when the roses are in bloom.

Whale Watching In Santa Monica, CA. This video was take by a local person kayaking. He was in the Santa Monica Bay and found a few Blue Whales. He videos the Whales coming up for air and swimming under water. The whales eyes and movements are tranquil looking. It's so beautiful I want to kayak with the Whales, don't you? Kristine :)
