Sellers: Before and After Staging Photos. If you're a "visual learner" like I am, a picture can illustrate a point much more emphatic than words. Pretend you're in the market to buy a home. You walk into the following photos with a buyer's eyes and try to consider the home's best features. Which rooms are you more inclined to make a better offer? The "before" or "after" staged rooms?
Lovely covered patio, but you're a little distracted by the garden hose, leaves, kids' toys and dog bowl to appreciate the financial investment this homeowner has made.
