md open house: A Broker's Open is more than just another Open House

The traditional Open House has its merits and drawbacks, but a Broker's Open has PURPOSE and is truly a benefit for the Seller. Marney Kirk, a colleague of mine at Keller Williams Excellence in Towson, MD is one of those hard working agents who goes the extra mile for her clients. She firmly believes in the value of having fellow professionals come through and give their honest opinion about the condition and pricing of her new listings.
