Silence still after one week in Newtown, CT On Friday December 14, 2012, Lives for many Connecticut families changed during this holiday season. According to the police, Adam Lanza (20 years old) decided to shoot 26 incident faculty members and students in Sandy Hook Elementary School which was the worst mass shooting in US history. Last Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs won another game this season making it their 5th game in a row of dominating the field. Even though I thought the Georgia Bulldogs were about to give the game away, they pulled it through with a win of 51 to 44. The Sixth anuual Chick-fil-A Bowl golf tournament was played this wee at Reynolds Plantation outside Atlanta, and Five SEC head coaches are part of the event. This Golf Tournament consisted of a 16-team of NCAA head coaches. They competed over 18-holes, going for a first place pize of $125,000 in scholarship funds.
