Today I decided to do a blog on referring clients to an agent that can close the deal and you like or someone you just like.... Which would you do?? Well I can close a buyer and I know your clients will like me! I use to work in an office that some of the agents could never close the deals. I showed LAKE LOTS this weekend and MILLION DOLLAR LAKE HOMES, I also LISTED TWO LAKE HOMES AT LAKE OCONEE. Real Estate has been good to me, however, it takes endless hours and lots of hard work. Local tennis team go to State in Augusta.
2010 Morgan County 3.5 womens tennis team qualitfied for state in Augusta, Ga.
To go to state we had to get first place out of 10 teams during the season to qualify. Not an easy task!
Lake Oconee offers some of the best tennis in the south! LOTA is an organization out of Lake Oconee and is located at Reynolds Plantation. Reynolds Plantation Selling Club to pay down debt
February 3.2011 Mercer Reynolds, Chairman of Linger Linger development Co.(Reynolds Plantation) announced plans to sell the club assets and amenities. Lenders put pressure on Reynolds to pay down a credit line of $45 million by the end of 2011. Mercer and Jamie Reynolds pledged additional assets that totaled approx 60 million.
A number of potential purchases are being evaluated:

There is a park that is a 1,000-acre expanse that features over 10,000 years of natural history and 15 miles of hiking and bike paths. Rock Hawk Park is located in Putnam County that was christened a public landmark in November 2010 along with Ga 16. The land right beside Ga Powers Lawrence Shoals Park near Lake Oconee.
