As I was sitting here this am, I was thinking about some clients I just met with regarding their pending short sale.  It was an interview situation, but they were so thrilled to actually meet with an agent that was more compelled to exploit their awful financial situation to the newspaper regarding the lack of compassion on the "lenders part ..name not disclosed). 
As I sat and read through the papers of the loan modification that was signed in 07, I realized these people were being taken to the bank!  Literally!  The loan was set up for failure no matter what!  In 07, … (2 comments)

I think one of my greatest gifts is to stay focused on my clients and their needs throughout a listing and/or transaction.  We tend to deal with more than one client at a time, juggling our time and energy while gracefully managing appointments.  We could be preparing for a listing appointment, previewing properties, scheduling inspections, handling the volunteer schedule for the office, and all the while talking on the phone with a client  about the ups and downs of home ownership.  I am not unlike other Realtors who love every aspect of the daily business,  interact with many personalities while doing what we do best...Real Estate.
