It was one year ago this Easter that I captured the Easter egg bandit. We should all commemorate that great and rare accomplishment on my part. My friends at Active Rain, I am sure that many of you can relate to my dilemma. I think that everyone has had a time or a place in a lifetime when he or she has been embarrassed by the actions of someone who is, in one way or another, close to us personally. Steven L. Smith, King of the House Home Inspection, provides information for real estate buyers, sellers and real estate industry professionals.

Smith is Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #207, a state licensed structural pest inspector, ASHI certified inspector #252760 and one of the most experienced inspectors in the northwest corner of the Pacific Northwest.
