Chinese New Year, Korean New Year, Vietnamese New Year are on the same day as The Lunar New Year, which was based on the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar. The Parade was held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, in Flushing, NY. It started around 11 am at Union Street & 38th Avenue which is in Queens, NY. NYPD band, Lion Dancing, Dragon Dancing, Floats, Korean Drumming were performed in the parade. Falun Dafa, Falun Gong marching bands participated in the parade too. (0 comments)

Every year there will be few Falun Dafa (法輪大法) Parade or commonly known as Falun Gong (法輪功) Parade in New York City, usually on busy streets such as 42nd Street in Manhattan, Main Street in Flushing or 8th Avenue in Brooklyn. It started at Main Street & 38 Ave marching down to Sanford Ave & Kissena Blvd. There were lion dancing, marching bands, floats, dragon dancing etc. Falun Gong is a Chinese religious spirtual practice that combines meditation and gigong exercises with a moral philosophy centered on the tenets of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance.

26th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York was held on 3/24/2019. Hundreds of people gathered along Third Avenue to celebrate Irish heritage.
